About the Role

We are looking for a Research Scientist to help us advance our mission to build a world-class DEX.

At Trader Joe, we are passionate about exploring the latest developments in DeFi.

Lately this includes topics such as:

• How to make LP’ing more profitable
• How to solve cross-chain liquidity fragmentation
• How to make cross-chain swaps faster

Our research scientists love research but with a focus on finding new products and features for us to build next. They work within the wider scope of the engineering team to explore new research, formulate ideas of their own and transmit them into a whitepaper.

Any knowledge in engineering is an added bonus, but not necessary.
